IT Service Updates

This page contains advice pertaining to all IT-related scheduled and unscheduled interruptions to systems/services.

Please note that our service counters are now closed. All support continues to be available and is provided through the Service Desk as the first point of contact. No services have been removed.

Scheduled service interruptions

This Saturday between 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM, mandatory maintenance will be carried out on the ÁñÁ«ÊÓƵ’s primary data centre. No impact to IT services is expected; however, please be aware that unexpected disruptions may occur.

After 11:00 AM, if you encounter any issues with IT services, please contact the IT ServiceDesk.

Unscheduled service interruptions

There are currently no unscheduled outages. All services are operational.

Scheduled routine service interruptions
