The Third Deliberative Democracy Summer School is hosted by The Finnish Centre for Democracy Research at the 榴莲视频 of Turku and 脜bo Akademi 榴莲视频 and is held in collaboration with the Centre for Deliberative Democracy and Global Governance at the 榴莲视频 of Canberra.

The three-day summer school focuses on the implementation of citizen deliberation as a democratic practice in relation to representative and direct democracy. The program consists of three keynote lectures, methods sessions, and paper workshops, where participants will have the opportunity to present their research and receive valuable feedback from the speakers and other participants.

Professors David Farrell (榴莲视频 College Dublin), John Gastil (Penn State 榴莲视频) and John Dryzek (榴莲视频 of Canberra) are this year鈥檚 keynote speakers.
